Take Me Out to the Ball Game!

Okay these pictures are a little old but I just love them. This is Brooks at one of his baseball games this year. He's a pretty good player and he just looks so stinking cute in that uniform.

You know you have to be on the ball and ready for anything and Brooks likes to dance in the outfield while he's waiting for the ball

Life is Crazy!!

Okay I don't want to hear any crap from anyone. I've been soooo busy lately. The boys just started school this week and so I've been off trying to buy school clothes and get things under control. Also, we have some great news...Little Bronson is coming home on Friday and we are all so excited. The doctors didn't think he'd be home until is orginal due date (which was September) and he's way ahead of schedule. So once he gets home and gets settled I'll be sure to post a ton more pictures on the blog. I have a camera full of them. I just need to get some time to sit down and do it. So bare with me...

Brittan Birthday

Yesterday we went to the Zoo for Brittan's birthday. He turned six. I took his brother Brooks (8) and his friend Joey (5). I chased around the little boys for 2 1/2 hrs. We even got to see the "Ghost of the Bayou". It was neat.

They were pretty excited about this Zebra too...notice the COAT Brittan is wearing. He got that from his grandma for his birthday and he insisted on wearing it all day long in the 95 degree weather. I made him drink like 5 bottles of water because I was afraid he was going to get heat exhaustion, but he wore the coat the whole time. He thought he was pretty stylin'

And of course...being boys, this was their favorite part. They just couldn't believe how big this snake was.

The boys made up names for all the animals we saw. The Ghost of the Bayou was dubbed "Whitie Tightie". Every monkey we saw was named "Dexter" after the Night at the Museum. And they named the Orangitang (is that how you spell it?) Sashwatch (which I thought was pretty clever and surprising considering their age).

Camping for Kurt's Birthday

Last weekend we went camping for Kurt's birthday at Little Lyman Lake in the Unitahs. It was lots of fun. This was the first time that Les had ever really gone camping. His idea of camping is going to his parent's cabin (that they live in full-time) and hanging out there. They have flushing bathrooms/showers, bed, DirecTV, and basically everything you would find in a normal home, but it's in the mountains. So this was a big step for him.

As you can see he just looks like he's thoroughly enjoying himself...happy to be there!

Dixie was just having the time of her life...she loved chasing squirrels up the tree...and no Dixie did not wear her hiking boots. We didn't do much hiking...

We took Brennen for a kayak ride and he was absoluetly mortified! He screamed bloody murder the whole time. Les video taped it but once I downloaded it onto the computer you couldn't really hear him that well...lets just say the caynon (we weren't really in) was echoing.

This is one where she is trying to get the neighbors cat to play with her. I'm inside filming her trying not to laugh my head off so she wouldn't see me. The neighbor's cat is kind of hard to see. It's black and it's in the middle of my flower bed.

I bought Dixie some hiking boots for our camping trip we took last weekend...that right...I bought my dog hiking boots, but in my own defence if dogs hike too much they can get scabs all over their little paws and me being the great dog owner that I am didn't want that for my little Dixie...Anyway, these videos are of when she tried them on for the first time.

Bronson's Annoucements

Julie finally decided that Bronson is out of the woods and has these little announcements made and I just love them! Great news...Bronson will be coming home in about a month and we are SOOOO excited!

You can't really read it but up at the top it says "Some of the most precious gifts come in the smallest of packages"

I love this picture....it's kind of blurry but you can see his little back folds....who knew that a 4 lbs baby could have back folds...I just love it!

School is OVER!!!

Okay I've been getting harrassed about not updating my blog enough but I just want to let you all know that I've been going to school this summer and I've been taking O. Chem and for those of you who haven't heard....Organic Chemistry is like one of the hardest classes out there so give me a break! :) Well, now that I'm offically done with school I'll be able to update this more. I have a ton of picture I want to put on and I'm going to start next week...so Look out!
